RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At LeggyPot, each planter is handmade and made to order after purchase. We need 2 to 4 business days to complete and prepare your order before shipping. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days depending on your country or region. Please note that public holidays or exceptional circumstances may slightly affect delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because each planter is handmade to order, it requires material cost, labor time, and production scheduling. This applies to change of mind, personal preference, or minor handmade variations, which are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, in poor condition, or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date with clear photos or videos and we will send you a replacement, covering all return shipping costs. We will not be able to process any compensation after this period.

Refunds
